Testing Coordinator

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Testing Coordinator to oversee the administration, coordination, and integrity of testing services across our campuses. This position plays a vital role in ensuring a secure, accessible, and seamless testing experience for students, faculty, and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and coordinate a variety of testing services, including placement exams, standardized assessments, accommodated testing, and faculty-requested exams.

  • Maintain compliance with institutional policies and external testing agency requirements.

  • Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of all testing processes.

  • Serve as a primary contact for faculty, staff, students, and external testing organizations.

  • Utilize testing software and Microsoft Office tools to manage scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, student affairs, testing administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in test administration, academic services, or a related higher education environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and academic integrity.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and testing software platforms.
