Salary Range:
                        $44,720-$58,240  Annually
Job Classification:               Full-Time, 40 hours/week; Exempt
 

Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will lead the organization in strategic marketing to support the mission  and vision of LCAP. With strong project management skills and proven leadership, they will expand awareness, engage the public, attract new clients, and develop marketing throughout the community. The Marketing Manager will manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing material follow the brand identity in all avenues, while overseeing all in-house and community events.

Personal & Professional Attributes: Demonstrate sensitivity, empathy and understanding of the needs of older, impoverished, and developmentally disabled individuals, display common sense and good judgment, and actively promote LCAP to the public. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality, honesty and integrity, and represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
 
General Requirements: Commitment and desire to provide excellent service to all clients and aging community members. Maintain predictable and regular attendance, work stated hours, communicate, comprehend and follow policies and procedures and develop and maintain positive working relationships with all staff.  Must be able to satisfactorily perform all job responsibilities and meet the physical requirements of that same job title. All employees must possess and maintain a Valid Ohio Driver’s License, as well as the minimum auto insurance coverage for Ohio (must be able to provide proof upon request).
 
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to promote a positive work culture within the organization; project a positive image of the organization in the community and to routinely interact with the public.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Proven experience developing metrics-driven marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Must be able to provide writing and design samples upon request.
Essential Duties:
  •  Supervise the Marketing Coordinator and Engagement Coordinator.
  • Contribute to a team effort of creating and seeking new, diverse opportunities to meet the interest of aging individuals in Licking County.
  • Oversee SEO, social media and digital marketing, Google analytics.
  • Oversee volunteer tracking, initiatives, interactions, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance and completeness of LCAP website.
  • Cultivate productive relationships with other organizations and community resources.
  • Develop, manage and evaluate ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and ensure the success of event preparation and execution.
  • Design promotional material for events.
  • Manage on-site event presence and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with all brand standards to meet objective for all advertising and public-facing communications, including, print, digital, and video assets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
