Marketing Associate
TrueCore Federal Credit Union is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and outgoing Marketing Associate to join our team in Newark, OH (30 miles east of Columbus). If you're passionate about marketing, community engagement, and thrive on connecting with people, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting all marketing campaigns and promotions, providing vital administrative assistance to the marketing team. A key part of your role will be representing TrueCore at various events, effectively promoting our Credit Union to members and potential members and fostering strong relationships with community partners. Experience with digital and social media marketing is a must!
What we're looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- A minimum of five years of marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive experience with digital and social media marketing
- A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and graphic design software
- Interest in working with youth and seniors
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
