Technical Marketing Manager

Posted: 08/02/2026

About the Role
Klarity's Technical Marketing Manager keeps our product information accurate and ready — technical documents, photography, and related marketing materials — for everything we sell. You'll work closely with Engineering, Quality, Sales, and Operations to gather the right technical details and turn them into clear, customer-facing materials, partnering with the Chief Marketing Officer on brand and final publishing decisions.

What You'll Do

•       Prepare and maintain technical product documents, photography, and marketing collateral for every product launch or update, confirming accuracy with Engineering and Quality.
•       Hand off finished technical materials to Marketing, and do a final accuracy check before anything goes live.
•       Stay ahead of new and changing products through regular coordination with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
•       Serve as Marketing's point of contact with Engineering and Quality for specs, technical claims, and regulatory sign-off.
•       Keep technical specs accurate and consistent across all our customer-facing materials, with regular audits.
•       Support Sales as a technical resource, answering product questions and acting as a product-handler virtually.
•       Prepare and update competitive sales materials in coordination with Sales leadership.
•       Audit product naming and information across public-facing sales and marketing systems, working with Operations to fix discrepancies.

What You Bring

•       Bachelor's degree in technical writing, life sciences, engineering, marketing, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
•       2+ years in technical writing, product marketing, or a related role, ideally in medical devices or another regulated industry.
•       Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams (Engineering, Quality, or similar).
•       Strong technical and regulatory writing skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
•       Comfortable owning a multi-step process end to end, across departments, to a fixed deadline.

Nice to Have
•       Familiarity with FDA/ISO 13485 design control and labeling requirements.
•       Experience with electronic quality management systems.
•       Background in radiation oncology or medical device marketing.
Klarity Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
