JOB FUNCTION:
Provides administrative, project management and analytical support for MPW Application Development projects.  Primary responsibility is for management of projects and meeting project commitments, including communications with sponsors and stakeholders. Lead or assist in the planning, requirements definition, design, and implementation for new Application Solutions that support and promote business objectives.
 
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
 
  1. Leads planning, requirements definition, design and implementation of IT projects.
  2. Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
  3. Write use cases and/or user stories
  4. Work with development teams to distill business/functional requirements into actionable information (Epics, Stories, etc.).
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
  7. Manage project budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget.
  8. Prepare and present oral and written reports defining project plans, status reports, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  9. Assists in the Integration and Testing of new solutions.
  10. Assists in the development of training material, end-user training, and post implementation system support.
  11. Some travel required

  • Understanding of Information Technology and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading collaboration efforts with operations staff and technical staff.
  • Technical degree or relevant certification preferred
