The Human Resource Director responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the overall human resources strategy tailored to an organization involved in the manufacturing of automotive and mechanical parts. In addition to overseeing key areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and training, the HR Director leverages technology and data analysis to drive organizational growth while ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and innovative approaches are essential to success in this role.
Major Responsibilities
- Development and Implementation of Human Resources Strategy: Based on the organization's vision and goals, formulate and execute effective human resources strategies encompassing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, development, retention, compensation, and retirement plan.
- Utilization of Technology: Harness HR technology and digital tools to analyze employee data, understand performance and needs, and establish more efficient human resources management processes using AI and machine learning.
- Enhancement of Employee Experience: Implement initiatives to improve employee happiness and engagement, such as flexible working environments, career development programs, and welfare benefit enhancements, fostering an environment conducive to employee growth.
- Leadership and Team Management: Collaborate with the HR team and other departments, demonstrating leadership in driving human resources strategies forward. Provide coaching and guidance to team members, fostering an environment of mutual growth.
- Management of Legal and Compliance Matters: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring that HR practices and policies are legally sound. In addition to managing matters related to workers' compensation, monitor risk management and compliance to prevent violations.
- Support for Organizational Change and Growth: Understand the human resource needs accompanying organizational change and growth, devise appropriate strategies to support restructuring and new business expansion, and adapt to organizational changes.

- 5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- 1-2 years of top Management Experience.
- 3-5 years of Manager or Director experience
