Enrollment Navigator

We’re looking for a motivated Enrollment Navigator to support new students from orientation through their first semester. In this student-focused role, you’ll build relationships, provide guidance on programs and career paths, ensure required documents are received, and help students navigate enrollment, financial aid, and onboarding. You’ll also collaborate with admissions and advising teams while supporting recruitment events.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience in counseling/advising (or a related master’s in place of experience)
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to interpret degree requirements and guide students accordingly
• Proficiency with MS Office and email
• Valid Ohio driver’s license & successful background check
