Amy purchased an Ohio Home Instead franchise in 2003 and has grown the business to employ over 250 Licking and Muskingum County residents. She and her husband purchased two additional Home Instead franchises in early 2021 in Franklin and Delaware Counties, so she spends her time rotating between the three businesses.
