Yes, the world has certainly gotten a lot more complicated in 2020 for HR.  Two new major laws have already taken effect, the Families First Act and the CARES Act are now daily challenges for many employers ... and HR needs to know these law COLD!  On top of that, OSHA has adopted new guidelines from the CDC on what employers need to do to safely open up their workplaces.

So, what do these new laws say?  How are they alike ... and how do they differ?  When do they apply to your employees?  What do you need to do to reopen safely?  What will happen to your organization if you do get a couple of COVID-19 cases?

In this webinar, Scott will address all of your questions on any of these issues. Scott will give a brief overview of each of these laws and the new OSHA guidelines, and then spent the bulk of the sessions answering your questions.
