"Employee Satisfaction vs. Employee Engagement: What is the difference?"

This presentation will discuss the difference between employee satisfaction and employee Engagement. Employee engagement is the emotional commitment the employee has to the organization and its goals. We will discuss how to clearly communicate the organizations goals as it relates to the employees. We will also discuss how leadership affects engagement and the role it plays in retention.
Doors open at 11:30 a.m. / Registration opens at 11:30 a.m.
Program begins at 12:00 noon

Reservations must be made no later than the Friday before the meeting.
