Malainy\, Superintendent\, C-TEC and Marcia Downes\, Managing Director\, The Works. The speakers will be asked how their organizations will develop education and training for future employment\, as well as increasing the interest level in young people in the fields of STEMM (science\, technology\, engineering\, math and medical). There will also be an interactive question and answer session.
